More than 80 engineers, technicians, tradesmen, and sales personnel at their organisation in Germany.
They are dealing with potential and existing clients in Germany and in practically all European countries.
They have metal-cutting tools, roller bearings, hydraulic equipment & systems, industrial robots, and machine tools as their product portfolio.
They are currently hiring Sales Manager for the Stuttgart market.
- Sales of cutting tools in the main sales areas of southern Germany and Austria.
- Customer management and acquisition of new customers.
- Provide professional advice and support to their customers on all technical and commercial questions related to their product range, and conduct competent sales negotiations as a contact window.
- Actively use all available sales channels (in-person, telephone, social media, etc.).
- Practical demonstrations of their tools at the customer's site, including analysing issues and finding solutions using their tools.
- Planning and organising customer visits, training sessions, projects, and presentations.
- Maintaining visit reports in the CRM system.
- Training in the metalworking field or relevant knowledge in machining, as well as commercial know-how.
- Experience in field sales.
- Experience in the automotive sector or with a manufacturer of cutting tools is a plus.
- High willingness to travel, mainly within southern Germany.
- Good communication skills in both German and English, in both written and spoken form.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel), PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
- Driving license
