Our customer is an international manufacturer of accessories for sports and leisure activities. For its german subsidiary in the Munich area the company is looking for a

General Affairs Staff (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

  •  Manage legal documents, contracts, insurance policies etc.
  • Coordinate external service providers
  • Communicate with internal and external business partners
  • Maintain and ensure the office equipment and facilities such as printers, scanner, photocopier, internet connection, telephone, etc.
  • Procure and maintain inventory of office supplies 
  •  Interface with internal employees 
  • Update, implement and improve all necessary company policies and procedures
  • Support in all HR related matters
  • Track employees sickness, absence and annual leave
  • Handle expat management (support expatriates’ Visa application, etc.)
  •  Any other general affairs related task as requested by the management

Your Profile:

  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Several years of experience related to general affairs tasks
  • Knowledge of employment law
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office applications
