Tasks:

– Team Assistance to Managers of the Finance department, particularly the Director

– Secretarial and administrative duties like schedule management, business trip preparation, organization of internal events, preparation of meetings etc.

– Creation of Power Point Presentations (mainly English)

– Administration of department office supplies and assets

– Translations of Documents Japanese > English

– Correspondence in English and German as well as partly in Japanese with internal and external partners regarding administrative matters

Requirements:

– University Degree or Commercial training

– First experience in the field of secretary, administration or similar, ideally in an international company

– Excellent written and spoken English skills / Good German and Japanese

– Very good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Power Point

– Great communication and organization skills

– Flexible, internationally open minded character
